This project was initiated and/or maintained by various organizations in and around Woerden. Including: Abrona, Altrecht, Careyn, Kwintes, Reinaerde, Welzijn Woerden, Gemeente Woerden and WIJ 3.0. The aim was to engage clients from these organizations in activities such as organizing a flea market, cooking for the elderly, sports days, and the like. There were also customized t-shirts with the logo and a taxi branded with the logo.

This may well be our largest project that we have had so far.
Unfortunately, this project has stopped.

The Supply and Demand café has recently started in De Meern and was initiated by Abrona and Lister. The platform of this project is also referred to as “the buddy platform.” Clients from both organizations come together to arrange to do activities with each other such as walking, swimming, going to the cinema, crafting, gaming, etc. This can be, for example, with the support of a guide.

Network Vleuten – De Meern – Leidsche Rijn is a company from Abrona, Amerpoort, ’s Heerenloo, Reinaerde, Lister, Pure zorg voor werk, Matthiaszorg, Buro Modo, Welzaam, Doenja, Harten voor Sport, De Wilg, Ciaocafe.
The Network Vleuten – De Meern – Leidsche Rijn ensures that the aforementioned companies can work together as one network.
